Refund policy
At Nubino, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. Because of the nature of some of our items (teethers, rattles, bibs etc.), all products are non‐returnable except Montessori toys and wooden puzzles. The following outlines when, and how, returns or refunds are permitted.
Products Eligible for Return / Refund
- Returns/refunds are only eligible for Montessori toys and wooden puzzles, under the following conditions:
- The item is received defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- You retain all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- An unboxing photo or video clearly showing the defect/damage is sent to our support team when requested.
Non-Returnable products
All other products (including teethers, rattles, feeding bibs – both silicon and cloth) are non-returnable, except when they are damaged or defective as noted above. Change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect colour for these products will not be accepted as a reason for return.
How to Request a Return / Refund
- Contact our customer support at [email id humari support waali] within 3 days of delivery, providing your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a detailed description.
- We will review the case. If approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us (if applicable), using the packaging provided (or equivalent safe packaging).
Refund Process & Timeline
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved
- If approved, refund will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges (for original shipment) are not refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged/defective. If we are at fault, reverse shipping cost will be borne by Nubino.
What If Product Is Damaged in Transit
- If visible damage to packaging is evident at delivery, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
- If damage is discovered only after opening, provide photographic/video proof. We will follow the same review process as above.
Limitation of Liability
- Returns/refunds are only for manufacturing defects or transit damage, as above.
- Nubino does not accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
Amendments
Nubino reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will not affect orders already placed unless required by law.
Cancellation Policy
When Cancellation is Possible
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

When Cancellation is Not Possible
- Once the order has been dispatched (i.e. shipped out), cancellation is no longer possible.
- For non-prepaid / Cash on Delivery orders, the order cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- Refund on Cancellation
- If prepaid, and cancellation is accepted before dispatch, full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If payment was COD, we will adjust depending on whether payment has been collected.
Cancellation Due to Seller / Nubino
If Nubino cancels due to reasons such as product unavailability, logistic issues or other unforeseen issues, full refund will be made (in case of prepaid orders), or no payment will be collected (for COD), as per the status.
